GOLD SEAL WARRANTY
180 Day Repair or Replacement Warranty
All Certified, Pre-Owned Computers are covered by a standard 180 day repair or replacement warranty. This warranty can be extended to 12 months from date of purchase, by opting for PLATINUM level coverage.
Both GOLD SEAL and PLATINUM level warranty coverage apply to hardware failure while in use under normal operating conditions and not damage due to external causes e.g. moving, flooding, natural disaster, etc. In no case is Corporate Off-Lease Computers liable for damages due to loss of data, productivity or business.
This warranty begins on date of delivery. In those cases when a Certified, Pre-Owned computer is still covered by a manufacturers warranty and the period remaining meets or exceeds 12 months, the manufacturers warranty is the source for warranty coverage. That is, in all cases, the GOLD SEAL and PLATINUM level warranties run concurrent from date of purchase (from Corporate Off-Lease Computers). In the event the manufacturers warranty expires prior to expiration of the GOLD SEAL or PLATINUM level warranty, these policies shall bridge coverage to the applicable expiration date. In the event of hardware failure, if the failed unit is with-in the bounds of Corporate Off-Lease Computers local delivery system, Corporate Off-Lease Computers will pick-up, repair/replace and return the unit no-charge. If the failed unit is outside the local delivery system, the owner will package and ship the unit pre-paid to Corporate Off-Lease Computers. Upon resolution of the problem the unit will be returned pre-paid to the user.
